We developed the strategy, name and brand for this start-up paediatric dental clinic in 2013 to create a warm and reassuring experience that would give its customers something genuine to smile about.

CHALLENGE

Paediatric dentistry has a bad reputation for being a painful and scary process for kids. Activiste had the happy task of working with its founder to differentiate and position this new brand, in what was a cluttered and competitive marketplace.

SOLUTION

We sought to encapsulate her unique approach to paediatric dentistry into the brand experience, by drawing inspiration from the props and tools she used to inform her patients. These visual cues were then translated into the clinic environment and an online presence for Kids Dental World.

IMPACT

The clinic has gone from strength to strength since it launched in 2013. Today, it enjoys a growing, loyal customer base and expanded dental services.
