Galvanizing the leadership team prior to the relaunch of the new positioning and identity for the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) in October 2017.

CHALLENGE

How do you gather 60 people from different centres and disciplines across the IAL and SkillsFuture Singapore, to better understand what the new IAL corporate brand represents?

SOLUTION

A half day brand rally with mindfulness exercises woven into the programme was designed and delivered by Activiste. The goal was to help the leadership team recognize that the change was more than skin-deep, and that they had to understand what the corporate brand was truly about, in order to deliver against its new mandate.

As part of an internal launch, (Activiste) also organised a brand rally for IAL staff and management, and it was well received by the participants.
