After over 10 years in the market, Botanica Culture needed to revitalize the brand to spur new growth and attract new customer segments. The COVID-19 pandemic provided an opportunity to strengthen the brand to target new customer. The previous positioning, brand and packaging looked old fashioned and there was a price-value disconnect with the brand.
