MICRO FINANCING WITH ETHICS
As we continued to evolve the Bank BTPN businesses, micro financing was the next business to be aligned with the new brand architecture and corporate visual system. More than just identity, this was a project about bringing the various segment businesses together.

CHALLENGE
The work encompassed both corporate strategy and design, as well as persuading key stakeholders of the benefits of alignment with the larger BTPN group of companies and projecting a unified image. As many companies have found, effecting change is more challenging when the business is doing well and the need less keenly felt.
SOLUTION
Taking a holistic approach to brand change so that it encompasses change in behaviour and sharing of resources such as best practices and shared platforms such as Daya, helped in gaining buy-in.
