Over 14 years at Activiste, she has shaped visual identities and campaigns for an exceptionally diverse portfolio of clients—spanning healthcare, education, hospitality, public agencies, and non-profits—including Bank BTPN, JTC, Amber Hotels, NTU Medicine, NUHS, Perennial Holdings, *SCAPE, NHG Health, National University Polyclinics, and SMU.
Her design career began in New York, where she spent four years honing her craft at the acclaimed boutique studio Wajskol Design and Communications. She then moved to Jakarta as an art director at Bates141, creating standout advertising campaigns for Buavita, one of Unilever's leading fruit beverage brands.
Rika holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD)—one of the world's premier art and design schools.
