Sean has over 20 years of organisational excellence and consulting experience in Asia Pacific.

Sean is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a Certified Management Consultant with TUV SUD PSB, and a Certified Facilitator, and Executive Coach.

Sean was a Brand Management Consultant with Activiste from 2015-2019 working with both local and international organisations like JTC (Jurong Town Corporation), National University Health System, Motorola and NatSteel (a TataSteel Enterprise).

Thereafter he joined Ernst & Young Advisory Pte Ltd (Singapore) where his main clients included the Singapore government as well as public sector, with key clients such as the Ministry of Defence (Singapore). Notably, Sean led a Knowledge Management project with a high-profile government agency worth over $15m.

Sean leads strategic consulting engagements, providing expert guidance to clients on organizational strategy, human capital development, risk management, service excellence, process improvement, and business transformation. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a B.Eng (Electrical Engineering).
