Sean brings over 20 years of organisational excellence and consulting experience across Asia Pacific to his work as a partner consultant with Activiste, where he lends his expertise to strategic consulting engagements spanning organisational strategy, human capital development, risk management, service excellence, process improvement, and business transformation.

Sean's partnership with Activiste began in 2015, when he worked as a Brand Management Consultant with a diverse roster of local and international organisations including JTC (Jurong Town Corporation), National University Health System, Motorola, and NatSteel (a Tata Steel enterprise).This grounding in brand and organisational strategy continues to inform the perspective he brings to Activiste engagements today.

Sean also brings deep public sector and government consulting expertise from his time at Ernst & Young Advisory Pte Ltd (Singapore), where his clients included the Singapore government and key public sector bodies such as the Ministry of Defence. There, he led a high-profile Knowledge Management project for a government agency valued at over $15million—the kind of scale and rigor he brings to bear on Activiste's most complex client work.

Sean is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a Certified Management Consultant with TÜV SÜD PSB, and a Certified Facilitator and Executive Coach. He holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
