Kids Dental World
Activiste developed the positioning strategy, name and brand identity for this paediatric dental clinic in 2013 to create a warm and reassuring experience that would give its young patients something genuine to smile about.

How is Paediatric Dentistry Different?
Dentistry in general, had a bad reputation of being a painful and scary process for kids.
Activiste had the happy task of working with a highly experienced paediatric dentist who wanted to establish her own practice – to care for a child’s teeth, gums, and mouth throughout the various stages of childhood, as well as when they suffer from mouth trauma through accidents in school or the home.
We had to identify a positioning opportunity in what was a cluttered and competitive marketplace, where the purpose and finer points of paediatric dentistry were not well understood.
There's nothing to fear and always something to smile about.

Creating a Total Brand Experience in Paediatric Dentistry
Working closely with Dr Ong Yen Sze, the clinic founder, we sought to encapsulate her unique approach to paediatric dentistry into the entire brand experience for the practice.
By drawing inspiration from the props and tools she used to inform and treat her young patients, we developed the brand name and brand identity system, with visual cues were then translated into the clinic environment, printed and digital assets for Kids Dental World.


Growing from Strength to Strength
The clinic has gone from strength to strength since it launched in 2013. Today, it enjoys a growing, loyal customer base and expanded dental services including those for children with special needs.
At Kids Dental World, you can bring your child for regular check-ups, fluoride application, delayed eruption of teeth, and other treatments.
Furthermore, you are encouraged to bring the child to Kids Dental World to acclimatize them to the environment, and to change mindsets about oral health.
